UltraVPN UltraAV Additional Terms

Your use of UltraVPN UltraAV Services antivirus services and any of its additional features (“UltraAV Service”) is subject to the Terms and these additional terms for the UltraAV Service (the “UltraAV Additional Terms”). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between clauses in the Terms and the UltraAV Additional Terms, the UltraAV Additional Terms will govern and apply.

Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning as defined in the Terms.

1. The UltraAV Services

The UltraAV Service is an anti-virus and malware removal service whereby we or one of our partners access your device to attempt removal of malware or perform other specified services. Users will have to purchase a paid Subscription from UltraVPN to connect to the UltraAV Services, except in the case of a limited free trial or certain coupon offers.

From time to time, UltraVPN may, at its sole discretion, include new additional features and/or the UltraAV Services. 

For the UltraAV Services you are allowed to install and use the Software in object code format, to access the UltraAV for internal and personal purposes only, and on no more than one (1) Device unless stated otherwise. 

2. Removal of Malware

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to perform the malware removal UltraAV Services covered by your Subscription. You understand and agree that not all malware can be removed through the UltraAV Services and we do not guarantee that we can remove all malware from your device(s). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will have no liability for loss of or recovery of data, software, or loss of use of system(s) or networks arising out of your use of these UltraAV Services or any act or omission, including negligence, by us or our representatives. You agree that you have a valid and legal license to access and download the UltraAV Services on your device(s) and that your use of the Internet is solely at your own risk. By electing to receive the UltraAV Services, you confirm that you (i) have full access to your hardware and software for which you are purchasing the Services, and (ii) have completed a back-up onto separate media of any software or data on the hardware that may be impacted by the UltraAV Services.
